Support

Are you having problems dealing with an issue? Don’t know how to deal with it and who to talk to? Call us to see if we can help. We have vast experience in working with schools, education departments and ministers, and, in doing so, have developed many contacts and knowledge about how things get done.

When things go wrong

There are occasions where legitimate complaints need to be made.

Complaints can usually be dealt with to the satisfaction of all parties at the local level. Mediation can also lead to a solution. For example, the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria provides a free mediation service for schools. However, when all of this fails, principals, teachers, parents, students and community members have a right to seek resolution and remedy through an appropriate process.
